Some FAQ's about our billing policy:
How much am I billed and how often?
You will be billed depending on the structure of the program you entered starting from the date you joined.
How does the billing show up on my credit card statement? Any and all credit card payments will be displayed on Your Credit Card Bill / Debit card statement as: “Suncoast Productions/Trop”. If you have joined via Online Check or Web900 then this may be displayed differently on your relevant statement.
How long does my membership remain active after I cancel?
Your account membership is a 30 day non-recurring payment. If you wish to join again, you may do so on a monthly basis. If in the future we offer a recurring membership it shall last until the end of the period that you last paid for (e.g. until the end of the “teaser” period or month or quarter etc.). So, if you are a monthly member and you cancel on the 5th and your monthly rebill date is the 20th then you shall have 15 days left on your membership. We do not part refund on a pro-rata basis between the fee paid and end of the membership period, you may only cancel in advance.
Do I receive a notification of my cancellation?

This agreement is subject to change by ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this site without notice upon each subscriber.
1. Legal definitions
"Member" or "Membership," as referred to in this document shall mean: The subscriber or User of a valid username and password (user-id) for the site during the term of membership.
"Site," as referred to in this document shall mean: The site for which you are purchasing a username and password (user-id) from Clips4sale.com in order to access any membership site affiliated with ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. and its materials and benefits of membership.
"Subscriber," as referred to in this document shall mean: The End-user / Consumer, of the services of the site and holder of a valid username and password (user-id) for the site.
"User-id," as referred to in this document shall mean: The combination of unique username and password that is sold by Clips4sale.com and used to access the site. A user-id is a license to use the site for a period of time that is specified. It does not grant any ability to infringe copyright belonging to ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. / Clips4sale.com, footjobvirgins.com or any affiliates.
"Book Marking," as referred to in is document shall mean: The act of placing a URL into a temporary file on the subscriber's browser so that the subscriber may return to that page at a future date directly, without passing through any pages that may have been precedent.
2. Description of services
ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. / Clips4sale.com will provide one user-id to access the site and its contents for which you are purchasing membership.
3. Billing
“Suncoast Productions/Trop” will appear on your credit card billing statement for all charges made.
4. Payment / Fee
Sites will have periodic subscription fees that are defined by the terms of the site at the time of the initial enrolment for subscription. The member is responsible for such fees according to the terms of the site.
5. Cancellation
at any time, and without cause, ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. / Clips4sale.com, the site, or the subscriber upon notification of the other may terminate subscription to the Service by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone or fax. When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.
If you request cancellation or request a refund from your bank or card issuer due to its unauthorized or fraudulent use, ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. / Clips4sale.com and its billing partners can at its discretion, to prevent further unauthorized use, block your account or card from use at all ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. / Clips4sale.com clients' websites. This will not however prevent unauthorized use at non ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. / Clips4sale.com operated sites, and is not a substitution for your contacting your financial institution to prevent further misuse. ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. / Clips4sale.com and its billing partners will without fail submit all fraudulent orders to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL). We co-operate fully with these agencies to ensure successful prosecution of these cases. To ensure that your card is not blocked or blacklisted unnecessarily and a crime report completed can you please verify that a fraud has taken place before contacting us or making a charge back.
If you are taking advantage of a "Free" trial period, please be aware of the following: Your bank will immediately put a "Reserved Funds" hold on your credit card, or your checking /debit card account for the amount of the subscription plan you have selected. If the free trial is cancelled within the timeframe allowed by the website, it typically takes the banking system 7 to 10 days to remove the hold from these funds. During the trial period and for a minimum of 7 to 10 days after you cancel, these funds are considered out of your bank even though technically they are still there, and you could overdraw or exceed the limits of your account. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or credit card Company for exceeding your account limits or overdrawing your account.
6. Refunds
Suncoast Productions is a hosting engine for studios to display their content. Due to the nature of how downloads are processed, we uphold a no refund policy. The customer is responsible for ensuring their order is correct before purchasing the media or content from one of our "Studio Members". Prior to submitting for processing and billing, please ensure that you do not order the same clips twice. Please report any billing errors to customerservice@suncoastproductions.biz . resolution of and billing errors by Suncoast Productions will be handled immediately Friendly fraud and abuse by disputing the transaction with the issuing bank will result in immediate disqualification from future sales and you will be banned from ordering from our store. We take fraud very seriously and will actively report cases of fraud to the local authorities for further prosecution.
7. Book Marking
The subscriber agrees that at any time they will not bookmark any page to any ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. operated site that will allow the subscriber to bypass the terms and conditions of that site upon entering. If such a bookmark exists, said bookmark will constitute full agreement to said terms and conditions as well as to admission that subscriber is of legal age of majority in their state, country or region.
8. Authorization of Use
Subscribers to any ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. operated site are hereby authorized a single license to download, copy, or print material found on the site. This license shall be granted for sole use via one computer. All memberships are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any commercial entities. Commercial use of either the site or any material found within is strictly prohibited. No material within the site may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. In addition, materials may not be modified, or altered. Materials may not be displayed publicly, or used for any rental, sale, or display. Materials shall extend to copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary notices there from.
ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the terms of this agreement are breached. In the case that the terms are breached, you will be required to immediately destroy any information or material printed, downloaded or otherwise copied from the site.
9. Transfer of User-id
Access to the site is through a combination of a username and a password (user-id). Subscribers may not under any circumstances release their user-id to any other person, and are required to keep his or her user-id strictly confidential. ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. and its billing partners will not release passwords for any reason, to anyone other than the subscriber, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the site is a breach of his Agreement and a violation of law. Subscribers acknowledge that ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E., its billing partners and the separate webmasters of each Pacific Century Int operated site may track through the use of special software each subscriber's entry to the site.
If any breach of security, theft or loss of user-id, or unauthorized disclosure of user-id occurs, subscriber must immediately notify ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. and it’s billing partner used on the site in question of the said security breach. The subscriber will remain liable for unauthorized use of service until ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E., its billing partners or the Webmaster for the site is notified of the security breach by email or telephone.
10. Supplementary Terms and conditions
ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. operated site that you have or may be about to join may have additional Terms and Conditions that are an integral part of this Agreement, and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions as listed at the site separately and will in no way invalidate any of the Terms and Conditions listed here. All Terms listed apply to ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. operated sites and the subscriber. You as the subscriber and/or member agree to the terms and conditions specified by the site linked to this page.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
12. Notice
Notices by any ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. operated site to subscribers may be given by means of electronic messages through the site, by a general posting on the site, or by conventional mail.
Notices by subscribers may be given by electronic messages, conventional mail, telephone or fax unless otherwise specified in the Agreement. All questions, complaints, or notices regarding any ZooKeeper Productions / Adult Productions, S.L.N.E. operated site must be directed here. All cancellations of service to a site must be directed to the relevant contact point as denoted in the Account Management screen found on the main menu.
